I had my first practical experiment when I had about7 weak students in my class who couldent afford to be good , they hate the English language and they are sure that they will not understand it whatever people do to make them feel better.I used to give some words to keep and then the next day I used to make them write some words that I choose to write the meaning of them in Arabic ,every one write in a paper and give it to me, the result was known in advance zero for sure but I used to lie as an encouragement for them ,they knew that anyone who gets zero will be punished and they were sure that they will get zero, they felt shocked when I told them that they get a mark one or two marks , they began to think that they really made a correct spelling ,I asked them orally after that and they spell wrong, here I began to blame them how can you spell it write in a paper and orally you spell wrong, gradually they began to to keep one word or two and speel in a correct way, and I began to show the paper to the students around in class and really they improved a lot, sometimes we have to be clever in dealing with such things .thanks a lot.

During ITTC, I have learnt from Dr. Alia Mokhtar and Mrs. Mona Qadrey, that theching is a different job from just having the hobby.
Really, they have succeeded chaningng my ideas from TRADITIONAL ROUTIENES.
