Employer and managerial control within an organization rest at many levels and has important implications for staffs and productivity alike, with control forming the fundamental link between desired outcomes and actual processes. Employers must balance interest of employees such as increasing wage with a maximum of labor productivity, in order to achieve profitable and productive employment relationships.
