This is a weird question. I want fruitful answers. For example, can we make organization chart for our relationship with friends and relatives? If the answer is yes; give me your idea; what is your dream; and how can it be done?
The communications aspect in human resource can be used in ones social life .
· Make a list of friends who stay away and cannot be met daily.
· Call them up at regular intervals . Especially during their birthdays , marriage anniversaries.
· Make a record of important dates of all your friends and relatives and also about their special likings.
· If you can try to meet them in person when they are near by.
· By doing so one can cultivate a good friend circle.
As you grow old you can try delegating some duties to your son /daughter , younger brother. The would grow up to be responsible people.
Your question is not weird but not practical being our professional relationships are more organised and governed, which follows certain corporate governance protocol with limited authorities.
While our personal relationship with friends and relatives, where we feel everything is granted for and we are least bother to organise and develop. I don't agree that we should have an organisation chart for real life
I personally feel that we need to build those relationship with respect and organise our personal connections more than the professional ones. As our family (spouse, children, parents) and close relatives and friends deserve more attention than our official connections. They are more dependent on us and need our continuous support.
No doubt certain rules and codes of human resources should be followed while maintaining these relationship.
