What type of job do you prefer, Govt. sector or Private sector?

I prefer the private sector because there is more flexibility.

Things are changing NOWADAYS as you know and the private sector is growing rapidly. You will undoubtedly have many more opportunities for growth and profit in the private sector then you will have in the government sector. The government is also beginning to cut its beaureacracies so you may not have a job one day. Really look at the longer term trends for growth and the best way to see the balance is to to check the government spending growth as opposed to the private sector spending growth and you will see that there is a greater increase in the private sector.

I prefer the private sector because there is more flexibility and it has a friendly environment.

In government I prefer to be a computer operator4 or a multi skilled operator and in private I prefer to be a Graphic Designer or any job that will accommodate of my range of skills but also a job were I love to work, can contribute and can't wait to get to work..

I worked for government sector but left it volunatarily to join private sector where i materialized my education, skills and interest and i am enjoying this challenging role.

If you want to grow and show your tallent... work in private sector... If want to become a ordinary peroson work in govt.

Govt sector has too many rules and no room for new policies. You cannot utilize your experience and skills in govt sector because the job is repetitive and redundant. Private sector is freedom to utilize and demonstrate new and old skills, growth within the organization, chance to excel in the industry, and flexibility (as mentioned).
