but i never sit still life is too short,don't waste time .being bored means your mind has stopped functioning and can't creat innovation in your life.be creative and use free time to enhance your skill and knowledge.
Try to make it fun at office so that there is something interesting happening and there is no boredom. If you feel bored try to listen to music or see some good videos in breaks so then you charge up again.

Change your Surroundings &100% sure you will Get Motivated and Overcome Boredom
Motivation and Career growth oppertunities makes my office work interesting for me
I think to review old files & records of office is a good habit to overcome boredom.
1:- Do your work. But, don’t rush through it. When you have finished, and still have time, you can entertain yourself if you are bored
2:- Ask coworkers if they need help. If you are new, offering assistance will prove your worth in the office and you may make friends you can chat with later on.
3:- Do something constructive with extra time. You still manage to finish everything before time, have something to keep your mind occupied. Write or read articles on this website, read a book, keep a journal, there are a million and one choices.
4:- Interact with others. Most offices have a lunch room or cafeteria or even at the water cooler. Make acquaintances. You never know, you might meet someone that can help you along in your career.
5:- Learn a new language. Most jobs would consider it a plus. Also, if you know someone that speaks that language, you can converse with them to pass the time. Maybe play a few harmless pranks on your friends, but don’t over do it.
Literally, there is not time for getting bore at work….though if work become too demanding and creating a bit tough time then I usually do the following ;
1 – Prepare a cup of team by self with double tea bag (strong cupJ)
2 – While enjoying a cup of tea I never work, usually read interesting article or chat with colleague or with any person who is willing to bit chill for few minutes.
3 – I have several e-books which I refer just to break the monotony or routine.
4 – During a day I took few rounds of office premises to have effective networking as this is one of the key for HR people.
5 – While critically reviewing own work and seek improvements will always keep us busy as their will be little time to get bore.
There are few which I do so and maybe there are other hundreds way to make work more interesting and challenging. I would to share a quote here that “Pleasure in the job put perfection in work’
By delegating routine tasks and work on the opportunity to improve my work.
If i am at work and i feel really bored, i get up and move around the office for5 minutes. this gives me new perspective and a chance to catch up with everyone, all while changing scenery. if that doesn't work, i try to tackle new problems, look at old ones and try to see what more i could learn from them. if that does not work, i surf the net :)
