What is the difference between "Civil Engineering" and "Structural Engineering"?

Structural Engineering is one of the three main branches of Civil Engineering. So, we can say that Civil Engineering is the professional engineering discipline that includes:

 1) Infrastructure ( Road, Rail, Urban and Regional planning)

 2) Structures ( Bridges, Prestressed concret, Special foundations)

 3) Water Engineering (Dams, Hydro(electricity) stations, Water management and Water&Environmental

civil engineering is about all civil facilities and infrastructure for civil community facilities, e.i.: road, airport, dam, water resource faclities management, water supply, wash water infrastructure, etc., all include phase of work from pre design, detail engineering design, construction executing, and also maintenance and operational periods.
then structural engineering, only specialist more deep knowlaedge and skill and also expertise in structural elements analisys of building on all of that moderen physical infrastructure to be build, in another way, structural engineer who is responsible about more specific in quality and stronghtness of material to constructed and erected.
in another part, civil engineering is more general and wide responsibility, but not so deep and sharp responsibility as like as structural engineer for special case in structure building problem anticipation.
