Difficult task. Several main lines of judgement should be considered here.

1. Constant and steady customers, that you know for sure that they will buy, more or less the same quantities and items every years

2. Contracts under negotiation, but already secured.

3. Offers made, tenders not awarded yet, but, due to close contact with the customer, you know there is little room for others' competition

4. After taking into consideration all the above, we enter into the twilight zone, where not even the statistics can give us accurate numbers (somebody used to say "never thrust a statistics that you did not fake yourself")
