i do agree ,when we spread our knowledge we will be reminded of how little we know. it is like a glass of water you only fill it after you empty it.

spreading knowledge gives you a chance to get feedbacks positive and negative which helps motivate you to learn more and strive for new knowledge aquisition.

Yes, More and more we speak about our knowledge, we get more clarity on the subject.

I conduct trainings to my suppliers on verity of topics and I have fine tuned my knowledge in this process.

Also, internally we have a program called "Knowledge sharing" within my division, where we encourage our team members to share their knowledge on their expertize area.

I do agree because knowledge is something that as much as you give you will gain more knowledge  back.

I agree with you100%.  This is what I am doing through answering all the questions that I know I can answer.

If you do not share knowledge, it will rot and be of no use to anyone.  There are many proofs around us, from which we should learn that keeping our knowledge does not increase our influence or power.   It only defeats us in the long run.

God has created all of us, with different potentials, talents and abilities. Therefore, we have to use them in the right way to enhance the skills given to us, as God will provide us opportunities.  If we are not using it for the benefits of others, He will take it away from us.   This is what I truly believe, as no one is powerful or above God.

Just imagine, if scientists decide they will not use their abillities for the benefit of mankind, would we have progressed or reached the level that we are in today.  Even though scientists have made things for the benefit of mankind, man is misusing it.  Therefore, we have to think for one second, should I choose the right way or the wrong way.  The choice is in your hands.
