In fact there is a gap between what you learned in the scholl and the practice life.

So, we must fill that gap by experience.

school education did not help me a lot, while univesrity does

I see that this is normal. I also see that knowledge is commulative. The things which we dont use today were most probably the basis for what use today. On the other hand, I beleive that we don't learn only for work, we also need to learn what helps us outside work.
