what is your answer if the interviewer asked you. to find out if you are afraid of the prospect of taking such a test.
No, should trust upon Humans.
I don't feel it is necessary but I asked I wouldn't mind.
Being transparent helps you through social life as well as professional life.
I dont think any employer should use it as it will show they dont trust anyone and it will surely go against company reputation and people will have disinterest in company. Personally i dont have issues to go through it but its not a good practice.
Interview means explaining your skills and qualities, and no one can tell lie about his ability unless he has the knowledge of that skill .
Even though if employers wants to test with lie detector then y not, they are welcome.
I will. Lie is the worst thing any one does. Lies in interviews are stupidity because if not discovered immediately by experienced interviewers, It will soon be discovered in practice.
Doesn't seem to me a professional tool in an interview- this test is mainly used by law enforcing agencies-
Being sure of your self and confident would allow you to take a lie detector test. This is make your interviewer / company know ethical and honest you are which is something very important to prove your integrity. After all, no one would want to hire someone with no ethics and integrity.
Yes I will. It will definately backfire to you if you lie on interview. It might not happen at that ocasion but I am of the oppinion that it surely will. Furthemore, I am apsolutely for the idea of building a trust from the begining. You can not do that if you are avoiding truth.
Why not, because I'm not afraid
Yes but if the job i am applying for need the person to have one of two skills,
1- He need to be telling the absolute truth as an examination of truth level.
OR
2- He need to be telling absolute lie whithout being detected as an examination of ability to hide the truth.
