Thank you Raj. C For inviting me for answering to this question:
I think that the two difficultespecially the teaching children
Administration students a difficult task due to lack of discrimination in each deal as a student.
Well, for me, teaching is a demanding job but not tough. It is rewarding, I feel proud when my students are successful. Besides, teaching is authoritative, it gives teachers a powerful tool to manage learners. While managing employees could be tougher as their incintives are different and their relation with managers is governed by multi perspectives.
It is managing, and tough a bit. But not so impossibly difficult. It is almost similar to managing office workers
Any job that you do not like, it will be tough.
So, if you like what you work you will work what you like
managing student is tougher then managing employees
Managing others is the toughest part of any case.
Teaching is an intersting job when done by fairly treated teachers who love what they do. It is a tough job when done by poorly treated people treating it as just a means to keep food on the tables.
I see that managing employees is tougher job to do than managing students. Needs and wants of employees is far more complicated than those of students.
Both are same.
It is far tougher to manage employees. Most students have no concept of the long term consequences they face if they are unruly/disobedient or unwilling to learn. Employees know that in the worst case scenario they could be fired with all the social and financieal implications that would bring.
