I am sure that some people do but I still see it an unjustfiable risk. Maybe this is because I didn't have to do it.

More reliable, working with IVR (Inter voice recording system), which is fully secured system with my ID and password (working for more than10 years).

Even internet banking with virtual key board and Racall PIN system provides more protection to our banking accounts and100% safe (working for more than15 years with most MN banks like Citi, HSBC and SCB)

Yes to me, in this ERA people trust PC Banking & trust phone just for the sole reason that now they have not enough time to get into the mess of long queues & cumbersome

Roughly, yes, they trust since it serves them. However, you need to collect some data to understand the customer attitudes regarding these. I believe that customers will adopt any banking technology if there is proper regulations govern these services.

we must must trust it, because it saves our time but more people donot trust on phone banking.

In my experiance I have mixed answer type.

Even in the developed country like UK, people with old age were not comfortable in online , internet banking, however young generations were equally demanding.

This is because of age and safety.

Usually who parks lot of amount on banks hardly trust only on online but those having less significant amount of deposit hardly bother
