  • Collective bargaining if successful can stop, picketing, pen down agitation, go slow agitation, wild cat strikes and lock outs. It is essential for a healthy industrial relationship. The management and workers representatives should always try to strike a deal through collective bargaining.
  • It can be done with or without the help of legal aids or even the local government. Even the Government intervenes as no one wants flight of capital.
