It doesn't matter whether I work for a big company or a small company. Finally , it is your work and you have to do it.Everyone started from zero till they became big.Perhaps big companies have better assets but need multitaskers.Perhaps small companies have less assets but you enjoy peace of mind.It is difficult to know the advantages and disadvantages before you you try them.Even  when someone tells you the advantages or disadvantages, you may look at them from a different zone as there are no two persons who are the same tendencies .A big company is good to show off but our world now can't stand showing off.Everybody has become a breadwinner .A final advice is that we shouldn't judge the advantages and disadvantages by the scale of money .It is just a factor but it isn't everything .Sometimes, small companies qualify to big companies.

Workiing for any company small or large isn't the case for me, I need a place to feel that I am creative in it and feel that I have a value in it plus working in a small place can make my name bright and be a good step for working in a big and large company , I amy work in a large company but I feel that I have no value ,it depends on the place I work in and about my post in it.thanks a lot.
