YES!... IT and Creative Department is the asset of the company and its not easy to find and IT expert people with a negotiable salary, they demand because of their expertise and rarejobs not also a blood to human body but a cerebellum of brain too..
Yes, I'm fully agree according to this era.
Agree (But), All departments completes each other. I would say "IT Dept. in a company is like the Brain in a human body" which means IT dept. is on top of all depts.
Blood/Brain isn't useful if the rest of the depts. are dead.
In my view, it is better to consider IT of an organization as the insurance policy for the company. Companies think like the salary they spent for the IT as the premium amount and they will claim it whenever they required IT service!
Its a Skeleton Not Blood If you have no Proper Structure of IT then it is useless.
