Key to bright carrier is work. If you can combine hard work with positive thinking the result will always come sooner or later. 

Always learn outside of your profession and work place. That’s what makes difference between successful and great people. REMEBER EVERYBOTHY CAN BE SESSCESFULL WITH LITTLE BIT OF LUCK OR CONSTANT HARD WORK. BUT TO BE GREAT, THAT IS SOMETHING TOTALY DIFFERENT.

The key word to have a bright career is the "COMPETENCES."

 

Qualifications, education, training and experience should be transformed to skills.

 

Then living with these skills by continual improvement, more learning, more knowledge, linking with your values, this will build competences and then the excellence will be a habit.

 

Competences include professional competences that are related to your profession, human competences that are related to people relationships, and the intellectual competences that are related to the mental capabilities.

 

As long as you are moving up in the managerial level the Human & Intellectual competences should take a higher weight and a higher concern than the professional competences.
