Hello Khalid, if you are looking for Internal Quality assurance processes needed to satisfy external auditors from a certification body for an ISO9001....then

ISO9001 is a process based model, which directs organizations to treat each activity as a process, so that it can be improved....

All the activities under the scope of Quality assurance department must be covered under QMS, which helps you to manage product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

It can start from Quality planning process, Purchase Quality, Process Quality, Final Quality, Non-conformance handling, Process monitoring, continual improvement and CAPA. This again depends on the products / services you are delivering and what is covered in the scope of QA.

What type of accreditation you are looking for?

are you running a certification body, calibration laboratory, medical lab ...etc?

or do you mean certification based on ISO9001?
