Is it advisable to consider the engineering work carried out by other consultants to proceed ahead with construction?

When the contract binds, to revalidate and accept the engineering package before proceeding ahead with construction .If compelled by client, is it advisable to consider the engineering work carriedout by other consultants to proceed ahead with construction without any revalidation for EMC contracts, which may put the company reputation at stake and may provide a chance to the competetor to weaken the company reputation infront of client(as not capable of constructing the things).

All requirements by customer has to be reflected on contract between the implementor and the consulting entity. Any potential performance-related expense has to be covered by the consulting entity. That is, as a fulfilled requirement or as a cushion to any penalties acquired.

Yes i think  that could be done especialy at some very special areas and complicated design where it is not cost effective to have your own employee, subject that will not conflict with the asigned contract.
