Dear Rajiv,1.
The first thing to do would be to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
You need to further build on the strengths and work on overcoming the weaknesses.2.Depending on your findings, your plan could involve - giving training, working on team bonding, aligning the team members to the teams goal, conflict management, delegating authority with responsibility, division of work, setting weekly targets, allowing innovation, macro/micro management as per the need, incentives for best performer etc.3.
The team leader should also lead by example.
