agree with Naveen Shetty , plus that MCSE: Communication have started to rise in the past few months, according to the fact that every one now started to look seriousely at the Microsoft LYNC Server.
Better Go for MCITP2008 OR2012 Server, It will Include almost every thing you Mentioned. Now a days people with MCSE are also Updating themself to MCITP.For more details please browse this Link http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcitp-certification.aspx
MCSE Server Infra , MCSE Pvt Cloud , MCSE Msging
I would go with MCSE:Server Infra, MCSE:Private Cloud and MCSE:Messaging.
Hi,
This depends on your position and your tasks, if you are desktop engineer then go to MCSE Desktop infra, if you are handling only Win2012 servers with some desktop infra then go with Server Infra but the most preferred, common and required MCSE2012 is MCSE Messaging2012, why because Win2012 and Exchange2013 are very common and exist in almost all networks as every network should have Win server and mail system. One more thing is, if you will go with MCSE Messaging then you will save money and time as you will learn and be certified in the two main and robust products of Microsoft infrastructure products.

Best regards and good luck
