Educational institution or skills are required by employer now a days? For a job Best institution is enough?

Yes at some exten but even then you would have to get yourself educate, only institute name does not matter.

Education is very important

Education and practical experience required for each profession and special conditions (some of them more interested in practical experience of them and vice versa)

• A degree from a reputed institution willget you through the1st round. It is like1st appearance. But to go through the later rounds specially the HR round you would have to answer skillfully .
• Need also to have good analytical and mathmetical skills for a banking job
• Also need to have good communication  skills both oral and written which is also tested in the intervew process.
• An added advantage is good typing speed in some job profiles though not essential.
• Should answer the question about your strenght and weakness carefully
• After clearing the intervew  remember training is not the honeymoon period but a period to learn
• Once you are in the productin you would get little spare time to hone your knowledge .

Education is very important. Being enough for a job is not right. Experience becomes more important for a job is it raises in the organization' hierarchy.

Practical Experience is the key word

but according to my openion, every organization should not consider the institution of education....
