What is the difference between Reliability and Relativity?

Reliability = to which extent we can depen on i.e.the dependency.

Relativity = nothing is absolute. it is relative to another one (compared to).

Reliability is the beleive that the subject matter will perform the functions expected from it. Relativity is assessing the values of a subject's parameters based on the values of the parameters of the subjects related to it.
