They either miss chosen their job or they didn't have a chance to pursue thier choosed one. I don't have a personal experience, but I strongly suggest that they do thier best to change their career to something they want to do.
I think the right person must be in the riight place
I agree with Mr. Tohamy, but I want to add that sometimes this aversion to the work happen to some peoples because the routine of work, duties and absence of appreciation.
The matter can be solved with two solutions:
The achievements: who will give you a big value and make you respect yourself as a productive member in your company. Do your best to achieve or exceed your target, and if you haven’t a target create one to yourself.
Thank yourself: Don’t wait appreciation from any one. Your achievements will help you sooner or later and will gain your experience.
Lastly the person who has4-5 years in a company, works hard and doesn't get advancements he has to shift to other company.
Negative work environment, Bcz A positive work environment makes employees feel good about coming to work, and this provides the motivation to sustain them throughout the day.

I think that some people prefer to always be looking for a better prospect. Dedication and commitment can take a back seat to a better salary or more benefits for many employees.
However, hard work, dedication and commitment should lead to increases in position, benefits, responsibilities and appreciation. A high turn-over can also mean that there is something that is missing or weak in the way that a company values their employees.
Sometimes it is just a personality trait. Its individual choice and personal attributes that either he wants to run in a Marathon or100 meters race. Job duration at one place is similar case.
