the most important question is what you want to do, what is your budget, who is going to operate your system and other. and i explain:
If you have people in your business that can actually use and maintain Linux systems go ahead and use Linux. There is catch though, some bussiness applications that you might want to use, are not supported in Linux but only in windows.
On the other hand, many people are familiar with windows and afraid to go to windows. if your bussiness does not have high demands for development AND you have the money to pay licences for Microsoft products go ahead.
Generally Linux is more secure if used correctly, though windows has done some steps towards security.

i do agree with Answer saurabh mahi and Athanassios , but with addition of thier need i mean personnel, professional, development or networking any many more instances....
Actually it depends on you what you want....
Windows7 is user friendly...
