I agree. This is a symptom of poor governance on the government part and poor awareness from the customers (the parents community). If these are effectively addressed, this problem will be solved.
A serious generalisation,while it may be true,there are however a good number of school administrations that are doing exceptionally well.
Sure, it happens. they have autonomy.
Have never experienced from my end. Therefore difficult to comment. From my experience, I have seen school life as a major building block from a learning, talent and knowledge aspect as well as building up one's character and leadership skills through participation in various social events
I agree , if the pupils saw the failure of the school mangement they would loss their respect to the teachers and the whole learning prcedure
