What would be your response to interviewer's question like "Why would our company hire you?"

I expect that his question will be in the final interview. By then I should have an understanding of the company's status and the challnges they have or perceive. I will then answer by stating how I can help in meeting those challenges.

I need to know something about the company andthe profile that I am applying for. I need to know about the aims of the company and how they match with my aims.

• If it is for a marketing profile I will spesk about my marketing experianceand how I can make a difference in my profile.
• It is prudent not to ask for what is on offer and tell instead about what I can offer.
• Speak about my achivements
• Tell about my strengths and weaknesses.
