It is a very vast topic to discuss but here I would like to mention only two basic rules. First develop a habit to read more the works of other on your topic. Second always read your work at intervals during and after writing.
Need to improve the handwrittings
Need to have the ideas about the topic what we are going to present
Need to have all the nessity equipment that we use on writtings
Need to have knowledge to present it
etc etc.
People don't like to read - when writing a press article or marketing material your text should be brief and consistent.
make sure to capture the reader's attention, focus on titles and layout.
Give them a short summary stating80% of what they need to know from the introduction, the rest, if any, will be details and clarifications.
Use simple and short sentences, with bullets and numbering.
Give examples such as numbers and percentages indicating the reference to establish trust between you and the reader.
For me I think if you want to be a good writer, you must to be a good reader. Reading novels, stories and poems will develop your way in writing and reading many topics that related to your profusion.
