1.Everybody knows competition is emminent.

2. Every buyer wants to be certain that he max-out priviledges on every penny he spents.

You can either take it as an intimidation, or a challenge to serve them better.

actually this one od hundred roles in the sales field < to convenience the customers or the clients that the are welling to go with them to MARS indeed < for me i think it is completely wrong because if you are not honest customer will come back to you again < and will give a very bad impression
