Good Day,
If I to present a rather simple steps, it'll be as follows.
1. Research and identify your audience before the action takes place, try to start off by a very casual chatter with the attendee to try & just identify the very basic characteristics of the audience, break the ice and no harm in cracking a joke.
2. Don't rely on a very fancy and very comprehensive presentation that is stuffed with a lot of information but settle for a simple, elegant and to the point presentation. While the majority of your presentation should be done by you, you talk & a very confident body instance.
3. Observe your audience while the presentation is a go, try to avoid losing any of the attendee to the boredom & also try to observe their body gesture and language...it says a lot.
4. Finally, avoid disrespecting the competitors and rather present and promote what makes your company stand out & what do you have to offer that is unique and unmatched.
Hope you all find this useful
Thank you for your time.
