- Goals of the prepare phase are: research requirements and define critical ones, Define the project's ROI and KPI & determine initial scope, resorces and timeline.

- Goals of the plan phase are : define the project organization, review best practices offered out of the box, finanlize the project plan, & launch the project

- Goals of the analyze phase are: educate implementation team members, perform business modeling, perform gap analysis, & define inputs, outputs, and workflow

- Goals of the design phase are: Design the solution, demonstrate prrof of concept, configure the system, & develop the workflow.

- Goals of the construct phase are: setup the production system, launch a pilot system, validate the pilot system, & plan deployemt and data migration.

- Goals of the deploy phase are: end user training, cutover confirmation, production system deployment, & ROI and KPI review.
