In almost every print advertisement of watches the time depicted/shown is 10.10 AM. What is the logic behind this?

It is in memorial of Victims who died in world war second when America dropped first atom bomb at10;10 am  on Hiroshima.

When the watch was invented time was shown on watch10:10 am.
