Find all the reasons that led to the failure and work to resolve them in order not to I am encountering once again in the future.
As a human we are very weak to see inside us, that’s why we always find solution outside. Experts say that90% of problem arises due to our own attitude.10 % due to others.
The greatest enemy is inside us; defeat it and win others heart by positive attitude and humbleness. If you correct your self; other10% is not a major problem. You will feel pity for them and will be praying for guidance.
WHEN YOU CHANGE THE WAY TO LOOK AT THINGS
THE THINGS YOU LOOK AT CHANGE- (Dr. Wayne Dyer)
That is a late issue. We must lead the group successfuly from the first day by the proactive thinking and if there is any deviation we must solve it by corrective action. otherwise the failure is coming.
Easy we should distribute them under different teams and if company has more than one project they shall be transfered to different projects.
We can prove our improvment by our updated report. This the real way can prove our improvment in work
Acutally that will be a challenge, but if that is a group, definitely it will conspire your work, but we not to be affected it might be sometimes that they want to kick you out. I will focus on my job to prove that I am doing my best that I can.
I will talk to them nicely to fully understand if I made a mistake, if yes, I have to accept it to correct me and to have a proper coordination and untiy in the company, helping each other is the key to be a successful,..because no man is an island.
Firs of all try to understand the reason of such blames. Maybe the real reason is your failure, and you should think twice before making decisions. So, if the blames have real reasons you should try to improve yourself. If no, you should try to convince them that the decisions are maked based on company's policy and regulations and that the personal relationships can not have any influence here.
In this case, you will have to analyse the entire problem on the whole.
Depending on where the fault lies, you will be able to detect whose problem it was. If it is yours, then you will have to take steps to correct it and ensure that it does not happen ever again. If it is someone else, then you will have to inform the concern and take steps to rectify the situation.
This can only be done if there is proper co-ordination and co-operation between everyone involved. No one should blame anyone blindly.
This is the reason why everyone should be assigned their roles clearly, in order to detect problems systematically.
Bullying colleagues are often feeling vulnerable and inadequate themselves. This doesn’t excuse their behaviour but by standing up to them in a professional manner you show them that you are in control of the situation, that you are not afraid of them and that you want their behaviour to change. Here are Sarah’s tips on how to take control of the situation:
Negativity and diminishing others is a 'disease' that transmits quickly. Probably the best way is to break the group eventually.
Your question implies that his behavior is habitual in which case I see that it is definatley my mistake because I let thing to frift this far.
Usually I will address these things as they start to take place by understanding its root causess. If the problem is mine, I will work on fixing it. If it isn't I will discuss the issue with my colleague and rellintlessly work to resolve the issue. If I failed I wil raise the issue with my management seeking thier support to resolve the issue. If all of this doen't work, I will start looking for another opportunity before it gets to become a habit.
