don't define my success until now
My success simply means adapt ..improvise..overcome
I'm a successful professional for sure ..because nothing is difficult or impossible in my vocabulary..it may seem difficult at first but with my hard work I can do and learn things in a perfect way
Respected sir ,both side success are related to thier level of satisfaction and performance..
The issue here is the definition of success. Unfortunately, most of the education systems don't teach that to youngesters which leads them to start with distorted definitions of success.
I see that my success is the collective success I had in reaching my professional and personal goals. I see that the success the people (whom I trust) around me see in me is a consideration I should take in assessing my success.
I beleive that I succeeded professionally and one indiactor within this context is being honored by participants in this group to ask me answer some questions they had.
My personal success that
1- First of all my qualification and added corses &diploma ,
My university degree supported with the experience , on many training and courses and diploma of computer, also the practice on the computer and with my own motivation to gain experience .
2- Work hard & communicate powerfully and effectively with confidence and clarity:
simply perform or progress as well as communicate with ease and strength.
3-Building Relationships:
if you don’t have supportive relationships at work, you won’t succeed. Another way to say this is that if you hate who you work with and for, they’ll end up hating you back.
4-Decision-Making:I understand HOW to make a decision so that it1) aligns with what I really want,2) adds to my skill base and experience, and3) creates new opportunities for me that will be beneficial? Further, I know how to make business decisions that will generate the outcomes that are most desired for the enterprise?
5-Leadership:
I had no clue about the traits, behaviors and actions that true leaders demonstrate, and what stands them apart from the rest. Key to a professional’s success is learning how to empower, inspire and motivate others, to build a vision that’s compelling and to engender trust, loyalty and support from others to strive toward that vision.
