1 - speed to solve the problem as soon as they occur and not delay2 - be flexible and understanding the other's point of view3 - far from bias4 - be smart and bugs in the management during the dialogue to solve the problem5 - do not show your anger so you do not lose your control problem6 - Listen attentively to each person during the dialogue without interrupting7 - you must respect all opinions8 - be careful in choosing your words9 - make all the people involved in the problem to participate in the development of solutions

The best approach is always to address the conflict than to leave it.
The approach is always best if its tactical and diplomatic rather than straight forward.
If a negative trait is shown in a positive light while emphasizing on the benefits of improving on the trait, it will make conflict resolution a whole lot easier and productive
