it all depends ,if you are a manufacturer then you will develop the brand and work on success of the brand as well as company..

if you are a distributor or an importer of a famous or successfull brand then the brand will enhance and value to your business operation and contribute to your company's growth and success.

Any successful business depends on the consumer catered need. No doubt developing  the brand is important but that is not suffice to build successful business. Business is like a complete machine mechanism where product, brand, pricing etc are its mechanical tools that make it more efficient in functional terms, making it successfully deliverable at the end user. The complete system is successful only when each and everypart of the system works to its optimum level of performance. So it will be inappropriate to conclude or concieve in mind brand drives the successful business or successful business drives the brand. It is like pair of legs...both cant go together ..but have to be one after the another to reach its desired destination of success.....Rajanish Jha

It's both brand is developed it's good that the business get's a boost and if we develop our business our brand autmatically get's recognition but power to launch the business and to set the brand or to continue the recognition of brand and functions is the manpower employed in the company as brand and business are set by planning the project, developing the standards and processes, implementing and evaluating which involves the function of manpower at high scale starting from teh first stage till last.                                                                                         freedome of selection allows customer to be choosy for whatever the customer purchase if it is a product or service, In this modern world influence of information technology,communication media, social networking such media helps the people to stay live in the market and they get up todated knowledge of products, So the important part of a business is to convience the customer What we do , who we are,what we offer and how it benifit to customer. this convincing called branding or this is the way to make an impression about the product among the customer. I do believe a brand or branding makes a successful business.
