As a fresh graduate you already have potential knowledge & also potential talent for some engineers, I think All you need is some helpful tools like CAD programs (Auto CAD & solid Works as an example or any other software you think it will be helpful & widely used in companies in your country) ,soft skills (job advising - Successful interview) training & to know how to build a professional CV (there are alot of sites that providing tips on CV formats) [CV gives you interview & interview givesyou the job] then you will be ready to start gaining experience from your position.
