CV will be guidelines to decide whether to interview the staff member or not then the interview will diffently give a better decision based on honest answers and attitude.

 

The person who interviews others will gain enough experience to judge if the the person being interviewed is telling the truth or not.

 

Even though that work and results will only show if someone made the correct decision or not.

Somewhat, but the true worth of the candidate surfaces during the interview. I have interviewed many candidates who could not impress me much through their CVs but they performed very well in the interview; and vice versa.
