Basically, there are a lot of reasons for stress. But in general the stress comes when the employees lose their confidence on their potential and strnegth.The evaluation and motivation from the team or department is less in this case. It can be solved if the employees are provided proper motivational trainings and if they are pointed out their weak areas to be improved.And appreciation is an essence to eradicate the stress.

First i MUST always train my staff well in order to let them know well they can solve anything and give them delgations as well , because they MUST do some Jobs i used to finish in order to recive more requirements frommy manger as its like steps , i must drop some jobs to recive another jobs in order to let the low employe level to grow up as no one will awlays be in same place all the time , Finall i MUST give them selfconfidance all the time in order to make them belive they can always solve any problem they can face or even give them the spirit of try to solve.
