I do not know Arabic in an Arabic speaking country like KSA. How will it affect my job finding efforts? How can I overcome it in short time?

Whether it's the Middle East or Latin America, it's very pertinent to know the local language even if everyone is familiar with the language of globalization (English). I suggest you purchase Rosetta Stone, it's a computer software language learning kit in a variety of languages including Arabic. Just get the basics for now, but it should not impede your steps in finding a job.

Try to learn some, but it shouldn't be a big deal in Riyadh, for instance.

IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE JOB FINDING EFFORTS BUT LEARNING LOCAL LANGUAGE IS ALWAYS IS A PLUS,LEARNING FEW WORDS AND PRACTISING DAY BY DAY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

It won't affect your job but it is good though to learn the language & tradition of  Saudi Arabia while you work there. I work in a multilingual environment  & many people take advantage of being in Arab country to learn about it.

Thank you very much Mr.Yassin Al Shamalti . I will surely try to get that software and hope it will be a bit useful for me in learning the ABC of Arabic
