However, Developed Markets like US will/are giving signals of recovery so some portion of money should be dedicated to US markets. This is a fact that elections in India will add volatility in the Indian market but this fact can not be neglected that the changes (which were very much visible in the New Delhi n Other states election) will help in solving the problem and making Indian markets a good place for investments.The infra projects are soon to expect getting smoother hence infra stocks hold good chance of recovery as they are currently deeply undervalued. Even Indian IT stocks have good potential as their customer (USA) is recovering and bussiness is expected to get better (IT stocks have seen good bull run so far because of the US$ movement in the recent past). Oil & GAS sector has witnessed some new exploration of gas which shall help in producing more gas. Corruption n Innflation both are expected to come down as new RBI Governor Mr.Ram is taking tough decisions and doing a great job, New Govt. shall curb corruption as this issue has seized a place in every political parties manifesto recently.
