How to Insert a blank row to separate data rows in the entire excel sheet?

you can see the row numbers in the left hand side of the XL. if you need to insert a row between row #10 and11, then select  the entire row11 (you have to click on the row number on the left ) and right click your mouse button and click insert.

This will add a blank row. Let me know if this helps!
