FOB (Freight On Board) Destination and FOB Shipping specifies whether the buyer or seller owns the goods, and therefore, who pays for the shipping and includes the items in their inventory. FOB Destination means that the seller owns the goods until the buyer receives them. Therefore, the seller pays the shipping costs. FOB Shipping means that the buyer owns the goods once they are shipped. Therefore, the buyer pays the shipping costs.
Depending on the shipping point whether it is port within the supplier's country or port withing customer's country, Supplier is liable till that point for the consignment.
FOB Shipping point - Till suppliers puts the consignment from starting shipping point he is responsible.
FOB - Destination - Till the destination point, supplier is responsible as agreed. It can be port at destination country and destination address of the customer as agreed
FOB- Free On Boar.
Supplier will liable to move the product up-to the port from there on wards it will come
under customer responsibility up to destination port. ( Such s frieght, insurance & Etc to be bear by customer)

In consignment the term FOB Shipping Point and FOB Destination Point . In FOB shipping means the consignor bears all the expenses where the FOB Destination the palce where the goods delivered all the expense bears the consignee.
