Being a teacher which one is important to you to teach the student or just maintain the official duty?

I dont think a person can continue with a work/profession he doesn't like. And in a profession of one's choice and liking, one puts ons's heart and soul. So for a professional teacher, it is important for his own personal satisfaction that he teaches the students properly. Just carrying out official duty is not a long term solution and doesn't give comfort to anyone.
