It's easy to believe you're worth more, especially if you feel as if you're giving110 percent every day, but you need to demonstrate this objectively by assessing your worth against that of others in the same industry.

Manage it.
The bottom line is that you have succeeded in making yourself both valuable and popular.
This position actually gives you a little power.
People tend to be slightly more respectful and considerate of others when they need them.
So feel free to push back a little bit and turn down those extra requests if you really can’t handle any more on your plate.
But as long as you can shoulder the burden, do beyond your job description,go the extra mile

Personal requests which have nothing to do with work but boss or staff want done during working hours.
If your job description unfortunately has that ambiguous statement 'and to carry out miscellaneous duties etc' a boss/staff can sometimes get away with asking for things to be done which are unreasonable, no time has been allocated to it and is not clearly identified and recognised.
The decision is yours to take.
Note: There is only100%.
When giving110%, yes you are giving more but only getting90% back or only90% left of energy/time left to give for any given task.
