Selling psychology is definitely based on the demand of the customer. there are some specific way to create the demand within a customer. A person who has the capacity of buying is not always the potential buyer because he might not have the intention to buy. thus the intention of the customer is important to the psychology. psychologist must create a demand which a customer need to satisfy. say, i have a mobile which is relatively latest. as a psychologist i will create a feeling of deprivation by telling that you are missing something greate if don't have the latest phone. if as a psychologist i can create that feeling of deprivation people automatically will rush to change the phone. so, a need, drive to be created by the psychologist by adopting age, gender concerned method to increase sell.
Cutomer choose to buy a product basing on the financial and mental capacity. if i don't have much money i will try to have the same facility with cheaper price which will satisfy my needs (mental capacity).
