We cannot state the attitude untill we know the reason why employer misunderstood or doubted one's honesty. There should be specific reason or situation when the employer lost the trust on staff.
Since we are humans then misunderstanding will always appear on surface.
The best thing is to be honest and explain the situation in details so it will be more clear and diffently misunderstanding will disappear.
Whilst I understand that businesses have been created to deliver result, I will remain professional and wait for the opportunity to clear the misunderstanding.
I would not like to explain to him how much trust worthy i am because once trust gone cannot be reciverd and it takes a long time. When something of such kind starts then you start thinking of getting a new job. if u dont have one in hand then done resign take time search and resign and after you resign and when you leave u explain your position.....
Keep calm. A boss is a boss. If he/she would think that way then let him think like that. As long as you know you are right, then there's no problem with that. Time will come that he/she will know that you are trustworthy. If you coudn't take it anymore, then resign, because there are other companies out there who deserves a trustworthy employee like you.
