Yes, women are better than men, since they have a very strong way of communicating messages clearly, without expecting others to read their mind.

Personaly yes i do beliver we ladies have better way of communication , way of expressing ourselves better at work or anyther place.... we tend to expain better with more verbaly , in the other hand when we take men .............. always happy to and wil answer in short ..... which they belive i think is much easier and practical  my experinece...n serious conversations, men and women tend to use the same lingo, but when it comes to idle chit-chat, women have better communication skills.

 

and long term studies have also releved women yes are better communicater at work or anywhere ..

There are two ways to improve you communcation skills. One to follow courses about these skills. There are alot of courses available. You should look which communcation skills are important for your profession and train these through those courses, or and this the second way, your job.

In the workplace: Men - tend to communicate to give information only. 
Keep instructions short/concise and see jobs to be done from their viewpoint only.
Detached persona.
Women - tend to communicate to give information and build relationships. 
Instructions more detailed and see job entailed from all view points.
