For sure it's not acceptable to break any rules at any organization even if it's profit or nonprofit, large or small.
For me, I hate to work with any company that didn't have any rule.
In generally, you should follow the rulles. They are there to respect them and to progress in some fields... But,on the other side- what if someone feel sick at the job?director shouldn't let him/her to leave? Its just the mater of human being..in that condition you can't respect the rule and say -"You must work8h,its the rule?!"...
If they are broken for a good reason or to achieve success which is a rare case. Apply this on ur personal life but ty to avoide it in the professional one
I dont agree with this....
Rules are made to protect larger community in public life or larger interest of the organizations. Also, in many cases rules are made to ensure people never create hassles in the community.
By nature, human beings look for easy routes and also they may not be aware of hazards of doing something wrong. Without the rules, they may get misguided and get in to trouble later on.
Imagine, Safety rules in an organization or while driving. Not everybody violate the rules. Whoever violate may not get in to trouble. But, Accidents occur once a while!! Thats why they are accidents!
Enforcing the pre-decided rules and regulations is very important for the organization and self.
I dont agree. NEVER
I agree and disagree, some situations you find your self breaking the rules,,, when u have a student thats hungry and you make a home visit to their home and find that they have no food,do you let the family starve ? or do the moral thing and buy them some food. or when its freezing out and a parent of the student has to come to the school but she has to walk far,do tell her no or help her,,,I worked17 yrs in a School as Front office Clerk,Receptionist,.Data Clerk and an Out reach Worker, with that line of work you do find your self breaking the rules ,your not hurting anyone ,just being human
I agree in the context of innovation and lateral thinking efforts.
false rules are meant to be broken.
Sometimes i may break some rules that were just made as a routin which affect work progress but i handle them later ,In general rules doesn't meant to be broken but we can fool the unuseful ones.
Never
