Work, if done for the pleasure of God within the limits ordained in Islam (halal) and for the benefit of people (one's self and family and others) then it will earn you rewards. However, Islamically work can not take precedence over obligatory acts of worship like prayer (salat). They devoted themselves to their work ever in their life. Work is the only concerns with men while reward is the concern in the hands of the almighty. Disappointment and vacillation are nothing but the curse of life.
Work is worship and worship (in every religion) is anything that provide benefit to human beings, according to their own system and concepts….. Just think about daily routine examples. If there is something wrong it will be sin and if there is something good it will be virtue according to religion…

Yes , as we all agree on one conept as long as you give as long as you will recive regardless any religon from person to another , also you MUST apply that not only in work but in everything in your whole life as long you breath up you MUST be all your time in Worship by way or another.
