we have to find the best location for construction joint in raft foundition.

it means to avoid location near max moment.

also to provide key conncetion between concrete.

and  add reinforcement for shear.

U can either:

1. U must provide a construction joint where u trim the concrete @45 degree with bars protruding with       enough  anchorage length.

2. Buy extra wood to form a complete shuttering.

The matter should be thought about in relation to cost effective manner, and in relation to the project plan and time schedule. and do not forget the design engineer recomendations as risk avoidence for any changes. the solution could be constructon joints, sliding of forms to cover longer distance considering the concrete quality, it could be preparing for that by forming the sides in the ground it self.

u need to stop pouring far of max moment places

form the end of poured concrete @@ angle of45

after the concrete is hardened  you should clean the inclined surface well and  apply some adebond to make sure that this area wouldn't be a weak point in the raft before you start pouring the new area

I would break dawn the volume in to a managable size and use to cast it revolving the shutter depending the required curing period required for particular type of structure which we are intending to cast at a time.

it is always recomended that the foundation should be poured at one time at any cost but some uncertinaty is always be there so, considering the facts of the uncertinity during cpnreting first plan to pour  foundation at one time or use proper and approperiate construction joint angling45 degree (slop / Trim) or follow the instruction of experts (Engineers at site).

It should be cast monolithically. Wait till you get full shuttering.

The last option i would do if really need to cast the whole quantity of concret  is to wait for the concrete that has been cast to quickly dry if its a hot day and slide the shutter  so the rest of the concrete is cast, although you have to keep the concrete in the truck wet while waiting for the casted concrete to dry either you put chemicals inside the truck to mix with concrete whilst waiting before you can slide the shutter and cast.....Its a risk thou!
